Please be sure of the inclusions for the said package . All plans on the website would be completely non-refundable after the initial 7 days period of the service provided , in-case the user has not showcased within these 7 days.

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
